Clients of the Hazel Pittman Center have the right to file a grievance if they feel they have been treated unfairly in any way. It is the policy of Hazel Pittman Center to provide all clients and those seeking services an explanation of the client grievance and appeal process. You will suffer no repercussions in service delivery as a result of filing a grievance. All grievances will be addressed in a confidential manner. A copy of the Client Grievance Policy and Procedures is posted in the agency’s lobby.
