Treatment is a process that leads to change, and it “looks” different for everyone. Qualified staff guide the process by employing their education and learned therapeutic skills, along with evidence-based techniques and resources. The Hazel Pittman Center provides outpatient services. This means that people appropriate to receive clinical services from our staff are medically and emotionally stable and not in need of detoxification or inpatient services. While we can and will refer to other agencies for more intensive care, our clients do not have to leave their homes for more than a few hours to participate in treatment. Most attend counseling sessions between 1-4 times per week and remain in services until they have achieved their desired goals.
